Bathing Facilities

Registration of Enemy Trade Marks
Hos. MR. P, H. HOLYOK asked:-
(1.) Will the Government state whe- trer the registration in Hongkong of any German trade marks has been renew- ed since the outbreak of war?
(2.)-Assuming that the registration of any auch trade marks has been renew- ed, will the Government state what firms have been granted renewals and whether instractions will now be given for the cancellation of any such renewals?
(3.)-Will the Government give instruc- tions that all German trade marks registered in this Colony shall be can- celled, or at any rate that no further renewals of the registration therefor shall be granted during the present War?
